Gone are the days when people who want to pursue graduate studies need to sacrifice their day job so they can go to school. The former plant manager where I previously worked with even brings his school works at work (which is a big NO NO!). Since he is the big boss, nobody dared to reprimand him to focus with work while he is in the plant instead of reading his books and doing his school works.
