So finally, after 48 years of waiting for the ISP contractor to come over, he arrived earlier. I was in the middle of checking for Busser Jobs online using SmartBro’s internet stick when he arrived. After a few minutes, internet is back! That fast? Yes, because he just did something to reset the connection and it’s done! Ace was pissed off. He and a technical support from the head office tried to reset it the other day but to no avail. So the customer service rep made a job order for the contractor to visit our place because there SEEMS to be a problem with the digital box. Then here comes the guy telling us Globe’s technical support has no access to reset the account. It’s only them who could reset it. Huwat?! So if our net will go down, we need to call customer service and wait for more than a day for the contractor to come over and fix it? What a very unfair practice for the subscribers.
