First paid photo gig of our Canon 400D

Our three-year old Canon 400D had a paid gig yesterday. Yay! Thanks to Macondray Plastics for giving me and Ace the opportunity to cover their MacPlas Familympics 2011. It was a great experience. Though we’ve been covering events before (for free), it was really different when you’re on a paid gig. I felt our Camera is limiting my capability and that made me want to have an upgrade. If only paid gigs will be coming our way, we could save all the earnings and have an upgrade. That if, we will pursue with this photography business. Thinking about it, why not? Ace and I could make a good tandem. Only, we need another body and a line-up of reliable lens. Can we avail of a payday loan so we can upgrade and push this business? How I wish! Seriously, I am crossing my fingers for this upgrade. If I haven’t thought about it before, now I am wanting it badly. Oh moolah, please come to mama!
